36 42: Road Closure - Hendra Road, Stithians

Due to an ongoing emergency road closure, buses will divert between Stithians and Penmarth.
On services 36 and 42 we will be unable to serve stops at Hendra Close, Goonlaze and the Golden Lion in both directions.
The 36 from Truro via Penmarth for Helston School is unable to serve Hendra Road, The Golden Lion, or Carnkie Phone box and will divert via Stithians Shop, Carnkie Ashanti (Gravel Pits), Penmarth towards Halwin. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. -
Unable to serve Victoria Square
28th May 2026 onwards
Due to the emergency road closure of Little Castle Street, buses leaving Truro will be unable to serve Victoria Square until further notice.
Please use bus stops at Truro Bus Station or opposite Reeds Pharmacy for services 14, 18, 32A, 36, 36A, 40, 50, 85, 86, 87, 87A, 304
Please use stops at the NCP Multi Storey Car Park or opposite Reeds Pharmacy for the PR1 to Langarth
Services 484, 485 and 496 can still serve Victoria Square. Service 484 and 485 will divert on City Road and will be unable to serve opposite Reeds Pharmacy
