Due to an emergency Openreach closure on the road to St Keverne, service 36 is currently unable to serve St Keverne. The service will currently terminate at Coverack until further notice
Update: The journeys to/from Helston School have access. Unfortunately no other access has been granted at this time.

38 - Emergency Closure - Sithney to A394

Due to an emergency closure between Sithney and the A394, service 38 is current unable to serve Sithney. Buses will stay on the B3302 in both directions.

Low hanging branches within Allet affecting service 85

We are sorry to inform you that due to low hanging branches we are unable to use the the Allet cuthrough road. Instead buses shall divert via the B3284 in both directions. The stops called Springfield Farm within Allet cannot be served and instead your nearest stop shall be Allet Five Acres. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but this issue is out of our control.
Changes to routes towards Newquay Bus Station from 4th September

Due to the implementation of a one-way system on Cliff Road in Newquay, services towards Newquay will be on diversion from the 4th September 2026.
Buses leaving Newquay are unaffected.
Buses will be unable to serve the stop at Newquay Railway Station or Tolcarne Beach (towards Newquay).
Your closest alternative stops are on Mount Wise or at Kilbirnie Hotel / opposite Barrowfield Hotel
Services 59, 85, 87, 88, 93, 277 towards Newquay Bus Station will additionally be unable to serve stops at Trenance Gardens, Newquay Zoo, Hilgrove Road or Barrowfield Hotel
To travel into Newquay from these stops, please use the stop on the other side of the road and use diverted services 21, 21A, 56, 91, 92, 92A, 92B, 92S, 93A, 93T

70-Advance Notice Road Closure Military Road-Rame 14th September to 2nd October 2026
Military Road along the coast between Tregantle and Cawsand will not be able to be served by buses during the period from Monday 14th September to Friday 2nd October.
During this time ALL buses will operate using Hounster Hill between Millbrook and Tregantle in both directions.
Buses to Cremyll will go to Kingsand and Cawsand where they will turn and head to Millbrook and Cremyll.
Buses to Plymouth from Cremyll will go via Kingsand and Cawsand to Millbrook and Insworke and then Hounster Hill to Tregantle and normal route back to Plymouth from there.
70B will follow the same diversion
70S will also follow the same diversion there will be no school bus along the coast road during this period.

Unable to serve stop at Harleigh Vets

Due to 4 way traffic lights obstructing the bus stop we are currently unable to serve the bus stop at Harleigh Vets in Bodmin. Please use an alternative stop at Bodmin General Station.

36A, 36S - Road Closure - Pulla Cross to Gwennap Turning

Due to a road closure between Pulla Cross and the Gwennap junction, from 10/08/2026 to 05/10/2026 service 36A will divert back through Perranwell between Pulla Cross, Frogpool and Pelean Cross.
Service 36A will be unable to serve Burncoose Nurseries. If waiting at Pelean Cross, please use the Postbox stop.
Service 36S will follow the same diversion, turning at Pulla Cross and diverting back through Frogpool, Perranwell and Pelean Cross between Pulla Cross and Gwennap in both directions.

128, 219 - Road Closure - Holnicote Road, Bude

Due to a road closure near the school in Mount Hawke, from 27/07/2026 to 04/09/2026, services 304 and 315 will be unable to serve the stops at Old School or Londis in Mount Hawke.
Buses will divert on Highfield Road.
Please use alternative stops at Henley Drive, Church Road or the Church.

21, 21A, 22, 22A, 27, 28, 31, 51, - Changes to routes in St Austell from 22nd June
From the 22nd June 2026, Trinity Street in St Austell is becoming a one-way system for 18 months due to a large scaffolding setup on the side of the White River Shopping Centre.
As a result, there will be changes to services 21, 21A, 22, 22A, 27, 51 towards St Austell.
The bus stops towards St Austell Bus Station at Four Turnings and White River Cinema (cinema side of the road) will not be served. Buses towards St Austell will divert via Penwinnick Road and South Street.
Passengers wishing to travel to the town centre from Four Turnings should use the bus stop at St Austell Milestone, which will continue to be served by the 27 and 51 towards St Austell.
Passengers wishing to travel towards the town centre should instead alight at South Street.
Buses leaving St Austell Bus Station towards Truro, Newquay, or Veryan are unaffected by the one-way system and will continue to operate their normal route stopping opposite White River Cinema and Four Turnings.
As well as this, services 28 and 31 leaving St Austell towards Lostwithiel or Luxulyan will start at South Street instead of White River Cinema.

Services 495 and 497 leaving Lemon Quay towards Haven House will divert via Fairmantle Street.

1, 1A - Road Closure - Chywoone Hill 09:30 - 16:00
Due to a road closure for Cormac works on Chywoone Hill, between 09:30 and 16:00 from 07/09/2026 to 15/09/2026 there will be a temporary timetable in operation on service 1 and 1A on weekdays, which is available on our website and app by setting the timetable date to any of the affected dates.
Buses will divert via St Buryan between Penzance and Chywoone Avenue.
The afternoon school buses are not affected.

Buses towards Falmouth will divert back via Treluswell Roundabout, the B3292 and Browns Hill between Penryn Campus and Penryn High Street.
Buses leaving Falmouth will divert on Kernick Road out to ASDA Roundabout between Penryn High Street and Penryn Campus.
