Due to an earlier bus issue the 23 is being run with a larger bus than normal and as a result is unable to serve School Hill into Mevagissey back to the B3273. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to have the correct size bus returned as soon as possible.

Due to temporary traffic lights obstructing the bus stop at the Railway Station, buses will be unable to serve this stop. Please use stops at Mount Wise, Marina Court or Tolcarne Beach. We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond our control.
GCB66 & GCB493 - Road Closure, Old Coach Road & Carlyon Road

Due to a road closure, buses are unable to serve Carlyon Road in Playing Place from 9th to 13th March - please use stops at Playing Place bus shelter. Buses will divert via the A39 between Playing Place and Kea School. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
22 22A 27: Road Closure Grampound Road - Diversion 07:30 - 17:00
22 & 22A will be unable to serve Probus and Grampound Road between 0730 and 1700, and will divert via Ladock and Brighton Cross between Tresillian and St Stephen.
Passengers in Probus or Grampound Road:
- Between 0730 and 1700, please use service 27 to travel to Truro or St Austell.
- Between 0730 and 1700, service 27 will divert via Grampound Road, which will cause a short delay to arrival times into Truro or St Austell. Departure times from Truro and St Austell are unaffected.
- If waiting in Probus, departures to Truro will be delayed slightly by the service diverting via Grampound Road. Services to St Austell are unaffected.

Due to roadworks on Monument Road #GCB34 and #GCB36 are currently unable to serve Goldolphin Road and buses toward Rudruth and Truro will divert via Trengrouse Way before continuing normal route. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
39A - Road Closure - Relubbus to Townshend

UPDATE 05/03/2026 - Section from Townshend to Leedstown now open.
Service 39 will return to normal route on all trips and service 39A can now serve Townshend.
Due to roadworks on Tregembo Hill, service 39A will divert via Gurlyn Hill and Pilgrims Way between Relubbus and Townshend.
The 39A departing Penzance at 0938 will be unable to serve Perran Downs, St Hilarys, Relubbus or Townshend and will divert via A394 and B3302 between Rosudgeon and Leedstown.
School and college journeys are unaffected and will operate their normal route. Please expect delays on services due to the length of the diversion routes and weekend journeys will not be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
GCB46 & GCB49A - Bus Stop Suspension, Chariot Road in Illogan Highway

Due to roadworks, buses are unable to serve Chariot Road in Illogan Highway. Services will divert via Chili Road in both directions. Passengers who require for Chariot Road will need to use Bosmeor Park. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
36 & 42: Road Closure - Church Road, Penmarth
#GCB36 & #GCB42 - Due to a road closure buses will divert between Crellow Lane and Penmarth. We will be unable to serve stops at Hendra Close, Goonlaze and the Golden Lion in either direction. #GCB36 from Truro is unable to serve Hendra Road, The Golden Lion, or Carnkie Phone box and will divert via Stithians Shop, Carnkie Ashanti, Penmarth towards Halwin in both directions. GCB1 & GCB1A (GC008) Emergency road closure Chywoone Hill, Newlyn - REVISED TIMETABLE
Due to a Emergency road closure along Chywoone Hill, will be operating a revised timetable #GCB1 & #GCB1 not serve from Newlyn Bridge to Merry Maidens. Services will divert via St Buryan to then call into Sheffield, Paul & Gwavas before continuing back to St Buryan to Lands End in both directions.
Service 8 is also affected and there will be delays to some journeys especially the morning school bus to Cape Cornwall School due to buses having to double back to St Buryan.

The 85 school service will serve Crantock, Cubert and Holywell Bay, but will divert on the A3075 between Cubert and Crantock. Please note the affected stops.
87: Service will not be serving Crantock, please use service 85 as an alternative in both directions.
87A: On Sundays, the 87A will serve Cubert & Holywell Bay on alternate journeys, and Crantock on the opposing alternate journeys - please refer to the online timetables.
277: Truro College will still serve Crantock, Cubert and Holywell Bay, but will divert on the A3075 between Cubert and Crantock. Please note the affected stops.
