Customer Experience Office Closed Friday 17th October from 1600
The main Customer Experience Office in Plymouth will be closed today from 1600 due to staff sickness. It will reopen at 0900 on Saturday.
Newquay Travel Centre will remain open as usual for Cornwall enquiries.

Penzance update 2, 2A, 5, 5A, 8, 15, 16, 16A, 17E, 39A & T1E customers
From Monday 20th October the current temporary timetables for these routes will end and buses will be operating back on normal timetables from Monday 20th in the afternoon.
However Road works in Penzance will still be in place on Monday 20th October so there may still be some disruption to services.
All Truro Transport for Cornwall, Go Cornwall Bus and Hopley Services on Diversion in Truro
Due to the closure of St Nicholas Street and Boscawen Streets in Truro from 8th September until 7th November all affected TFC services will divert between Victoria Square and Bus Station via Morlaix Avenue, St Austell Street, B3284, Union Street and the one way system in both directions, Museum and Victoria Square stops will be served on all Journeys.
Not possible to use the stop on the U1, U2 & U4

Due to a road closure, buses are unable to serve Market Jew Street, Green Market, Station Road, & Chyandour Cliff. Services on 2, 2A, 8 15, 39A & T1E will divert from Penzance Bus Station via Battery road, The Promanade, Alexandra Road towards A30 & Polmeere Road into Jelbert Way in both directions. Services on 16 & 16A will serve Sainsburys to then continue towards Polnsandane Care Home in both directions. Services on 8, 16, 16A 39A & 17E will divert after Alexandra Road towards Penalverne drive in both directions and will not serve Clarence Street.
Services on 5 will divert towards Alexandra Road and then continue towards Alverton in both directions.
Services on 5A will divert towards Alexandra Road and then towards Wherry Town.

Due to ongoing works in Penzance, from 22/09/25 to 20/10/25 buses will not be able to serve: Green Market, Market Jew Street and Chyandour.

Trafalgar Thanksgiving and Nelson Memorial Service and Parade will be taking place on 29/10/25 between 10:30 & 12:30.
This will affect the 17A.
During this time, buses be diverting left at Parc Letta and use 17 route to Trengwainton Gardens. They will then wait their time and return to Penzance using the same route in reverse.
Please note that we will be unable to serve from Potair Terrace to Trelawney Estate.
