Reduced service on the 34
There is a reduced service on the 34 because of an accident #GCB34 is currently unable to serve Burras - Helston due to a road closure. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Road Closure - Fore Street, St Day - 0930-1530
Due to a road closure on Fore Street in St Day, between 0930 and 1530 from 23/03/2026 to 25/03/2026 service 40 will be unable to serve these stops.
Service 40 will divert via Scorrier between Redruth and St Day.
Please use alternative stops at St Day, Church Street.

34 36: Road Works - Helston
Due to roadworks on the double roundabouts at Monument Road preventing buses turning around, service 34 towards Redruth and service 36 towards Truro will not be able to serve Meneage Street.
Buses will go down Furry Way and up Monument Road to serve the bus stop opposite Seven Stars.
The 34 towards the Lizard and 36 towards St Keverne are unaffected.
GCB46 & GCB49A - Bus Stop Suspension, Chariot Road in Illogan Highway

Due to roadworks, buses are unable to serve Chariot Road in Illogan Highway. Services will divert via Chili Road in both directions. Passengers who require for Chariot Road will need to use Bosmeor Park. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Introducing 49B temporary shuttle service between Troon and Camborne
Due to the ongoing Sink Hole situation affecting 49 services between Camborne and Troon a new shuttle service 49B will begin operation from 7th February 2026 until further notice.

Emergency Road Closure - Park Bottom
Due to an emergency road closure in Park Bottom, service 49 is currently unable to serve Park Bottom or Treforthlan, and will divert via Moorfield Road and Paynters Lane between Tolvaddon and Illogan in both directions.
